Formed as a legal services company to help to small and solo practice firms in Polk County.  Business plan included covering; document delivery, production, recruiting, answering service, clerical help, etc..  Legal marketing - specificly use of internet marketing.

Coordinate and create documents required by F.S. 190 to create community development districts, a form of special purpose government. Petition includes statements supporting the petition and statement of estimated regulatory cost. Guides petition through the review process, acting as liaison between government agencies and developers, attending local government review hearings. Produced and edited proposals for prospective clients. Provided administrative support for company president. Formulated new organizational procedures for company.
